The Seoul House is a very warm and comfortable place. If I were to travel to Seoul again, I would definitely book it again in a heart beat. Being an lonely traveller to another country is scary, but at Jen place they welcome with open arms.
My room was very clean, comfortable, with lots of space. secure, and private. The bed feel like heaven with clean white sheets. I have everything I need from hangers, to washing machine, to kitchen equipments, and so on.
Jen place is very close to the train station, bus stops, super market, food places, and etc.
Thanks to 'The Seoul House' my experiences in Seoul overall been wonderful, different, and exciting. I assure you, you wouldn't regret it.

I would describe "The Seoul House" as a "Friend's House" more than just a normal Guest House. Staying in The Seoul House allows us to experience or see a daily life of a Korean family, and to have a "home" to go back and relax, after a long walk of travel for shopping and all stuffs.
Ken and Jen are very friendly in helping us especially on the language barrier that we have, e.g. buying things, ordering food, etc. since this is our first trip to Korea. Ken also shared us good tourism spots according to our preferences, with good details on how to get there, which we are able to reach our destination easily without obstacle.
We were facing some issues during our trip and we thank Ken for going extra miles in helping us. Last but not least, if you are planning for a trip to Korea, which need a Korean friend who can speak English / Mandarin to help you during your trip and a cozy place to stay, I would recommend "The Seooul House".
